I had to think about my own personal development, and I've used Paul for the last 18 months to think about not necessarily what we can do to the thousands of people in the business, but to think about me, and how I can change my life and behave better in order to get the sense of doing the right thing throughout the organisation. As a result of working with Paul we've introduced a number of things [into Carphone Warehouse].

I have sat through many talks & seminars in my employment with various companies, and this was one of the first that not only gave me some great ideas to take away for the work place but also with regards to dealing with the tantrums presented to me by my son! Not only did Paul help me put issues and problems into a different perspective on how to deal with these, but he also made me laugh! Mr Stalker, I thank you for a most enjoyable (but short) two hours.
