Paul came to our company 'away day' to help motivate staff and increase morale. After a few hours with Paul we were all feeling much more positive, with some members of staff even changing their attitude and approach to life. Over the rest of the weekend (the seminar was on a Saturday morning) and for weeks to come, we could all feel and see the change that Paul's talk had on us as individuals and as a group.

As a result, I have been inspired to make changes to the company from the top. We have worked together to produce fundamental rules and have ensured that all employees understand, remember and follow these throughout their day.

We are now planning to work with Paul in the future when training staff, which I feel will benefit the company and the individual themselves.
