After an initial introduction to 500 of our managers, we asked Paul to work with the sales consultants in a number of our retail outlets with a brief to help them increase sales. Through a process of improving motivation and introducing coherent strategies, and combining this with pro-active behaviour, he achieved an increase in sales of 250% within 180 days with the target product.
